| Yuma, Arizona – 21 claims @ approx. 20 acres each. This group of claims has a great history. There are many old mining shafts that followed the reported rich lodes. There are many stories of a hidden Spanish gold mine that could be on or near site. Indians had secret sources of gold from this general area. The gold bearing gravel remains to be worked. It is reported the metal detectors have done well here. Lots of gravel with gold blanket the property. The owner reports gravel has $5 up in gold values – some much higher. This value was calculated when gold price was much lower. There is little or no over burden, which will help keep the cost of mining down. Water in this area is key to a good mining operation and the owner says the six inches of canal water which this property has first rights to is more than enough. After the gold is extracted from gravel the washed and sorted gravel products can be sold in the rapidly growing area.
