Silver Assets and a 250 TPD Mill

14 Silver Projects in the State of Nevada USA and a 250 ton per day Milling Facility. There has been over $6,500,000 invested in acquisition and development of these Projects and the Mill.

Two of the most advanced Projects were former producers and have some silver and gold resource unmined in the workings and a third has a silver, lead, zinc and barite resource in a drill indicated category that could be an open pit operation. These projects each have the potential for development of large ore bodies. Other properties also have good potential for ore development.

All Projects are on government land, one is under option and the rest are held outright. Four of the projects have NI 43-101 reports and full reports and technical information is available for inspection by interested parties.

These assets are held in a private Delaware corporation that can be taken public.

Asking price $5,000,000 plus a 10% carried interest or best offer.
